Meet Teresa and Tam! Together they run Within Wellness and Healing, and they also host women's spiritual retreats twice a year.
Teresa
Co-Owner
Teresa is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Reiki Master and Shamanic Healer. She also offers intuitive readings, intuitive paintings, has lots of knowledge to share about spiritual topics and creates unique suncatchers and pendulums.
Tam
Co-Owner
Tam is a yoga and meditation teacher, and Reiki Master. She focuses on Restorative & Zen Yoga. She is a natural leader, very intuitive and has almost unlimited positive energy.
